Hall Hire Details & Event Rules
Hall Hire Terms
We appreciate your co-operation, this is a community club within a quiet residential neighborhood so we do have some requirements you may not be aware of that are different to more commercial venue hire. It is the event organizers responsibility to ensure their guests are familiar with or advised of these rules prior or on the day.

All glasses, cups, and bottles are to be returned to the bar area and any dishes and plates etc, to be returned to the kitchen counter.

Rubbish to be put in the bins provided.

All items bought in for party use are to be taken when leaving, unless arranged prior.

General tidy up required, thorough will be completed by us.

If a member is running a tab or paying for the hire of the hall, they, and only they, may receive membership prices. Anyone else will be required to pay full price.

Tabs and any outstanding payments must be settled on the day/night of the event.

Everyone is to be inside from 10pm Friday and Saturday, 9.30pm all other days. Windows and doors are to be closed, and any noise is to be contained inside. No alcohol is permitted outside after these times.

Smoking is only permitted on the covered deck outside by the main bar after 9.30pm. Again, no alcohol to be taken outside.

All music is to be contained and turned down to a respectable level from 10pm, a walk around test will be done by our staff, to adhere to our noise management plan.

The hall can only be hired out until 11pm, after this you are more than welcome to stay on until our licence ends at 12am but this time is used for your DJ (if any) to do their pack up, and any cleaning that needs to be done, can be done during this time. Everyone is to exit the building by 12am.

When exiting the building, please be respectful of our neighbours and keep the noise to a minimum.

Any deposits paid for events booked from November 1st to December 25th is non-refundable. As our peak season kicks in, we have a lot of bookings coming in during this time that we turn down when yours is confirmed.

Sunday – Thursdays

3pm – 11pm $120 per hour (minimum 4 hours, minimum 50people)
Friday & Saturdays

8am – 3pm $ 100 per hour

4pm – 11pm $150 per hour (minimum 4 hours, minimum 60people)
Member prices

Community and charity event prices (approval required)
Monday – Sunday

8am – 3pm $25 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
Sunday - Thursday

3pm – 12pm $50 per hours (minimum 4 hours, minimum 60 people)
Friday and Saturday nights are charged as member prices.
NOTE: Prices are capped at our discretion, generally 5-6 hours depending on circumstances and patronage.
