General Club Rules

No BYO food or beverages to be bought onto the premises.
Return of Glasses and Plates. Please bring all glasses back to the bar, and plates to the dining area. This is particularly important in the children's playground.
Children and Bowling Greens: Please ensure children steer clear of the bowling greens and surrounding paths. This is not just for their safety, but also to prevent any damage to the greens. If the greens are damaged by a member or guest, the cost for repairs will be passed on.
Membership Cards and Bar Discounts: All members need to show their membership cards at the bar to make use of the bar discount. Please note that guests will not receive discounts on their drink purchases. Furthermore, we kindly request that visitors who attend the club three times become a member.
Personal Property: Members are responsible for their personal property while on Club premises. The Club does not assume liability for loss or theft of personal items, and it is not insured for such purposes.
Standard of Dress: Outside of fancy dress for private events, Members and guests are expected to adhere to a standard of dress. No bare feet or singlets inside, outside is fine.
General Conduct: Members and guests are expected to behave respectfully and courteously at all times. Any form of disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Smoking and Vaping Policy: Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas outside of the Club rooms.
Dogs are welcome on our grounds provided they are on a lead and under the control of their owner. Dogs are not allowed inside the club or in the enclosed entranceway to the clubhouse. This restriction does not apply to disability-assist dogs.
Noise Control: Members and their guests must be inside after 9:30 PM.

Bowling Details & Event Rules

Indoor Bowls:

Bowling $10 (Per Person)
Tutor $60 (Per Tutor, Every 24 guests)
24 people at one time
2 hour time slot
Only available from 11am - 3pm (Not during restaurant hours)
Must also include hall hire as per fee

Outdoor Bowls:

Bowling $20 (Per Person)
Tutor $100 (Per Tutor, for up to, and for every 30 guests)
64 people on one green
2-hour time slot
Only available October - March, last session starts at 5pm
Can have a 30 min food break in-between if required, please state this prior.
The tutor will run you through the rules and will sort the lanes and

Rules:

Flat soled shoes must be worn on the greens, no shoes with a tread or raised heals
No Drinks on the greens, they can be drunk around the outside.
Tutor is mandatory for all groups to ensure there is no damage to the greens
In the case of rain, the tutor will inform if you can continue to bowl or if the greens must be evacuated
During your bowling session, if rain occurs there is no refund on offer, however we do have inside facilities available to you for your enjoyment.
The Tutor fee is non-refundable
No children are allowed on the greens, if you have no booking, or haven’t spoken to the staff about bowling you should not be on the greens.
If damages to the greens occurs by a member of the group, the organizer or company are deemed responsible for all payments to cover:

Insurance excess:

Repairs that are required due to damage caused by you, members or members of your group.
Replacement of items that are no longer to be used due to damage or careless use.

Hall Hire Details & Event Rules

Hall Hire Terms
We appreciate your co-operation, this is a community club within a quiet residential neighborhood so we do have some requirements you may not be aware of that are different to more commercial venue hire. It is the event organizers responsibility to ensure their guests are familiar with or advised of these rules prior or on the day.

All glasses, cups, and bottles are to be returned to the bar area and any dishes and plates etc, to be returned to the kitchen counter.
Rubbish to be put in the bins provided.
All items bought in for party use are to be taken when leaving, unless arranged prior.
General tidy up required, thorough will be completed by us.
If a member is running a tab or paying for the hire of the hall, they, and only they, may receive membership prices. Anyone else will be required to pay full price.
Tabs and any outstanding payments must be settled on the day/night of the event.
Everyone is to be inside from 10pm Friday and Saturday, 9.30pm all other days. Windows and doors are to be closed, and any noise is to be contained inside. No alcohol is permitted outside after these times.
Smoking is only permitted on the covered deck outside by the main bar after 9.30pm. Again, no alcohol to be taken outside.
All music is to be contained and turned down to a respectable level from 10pm, a walk around test will be done by our staff, to adhere to our noise management plan.
The hall can only be hired out until 11pm, after this you are more than welcome to stay on until our licence ends at 12am but this time is used for your DJ (if any) to do their pack up, and any cleaning that needs to be done, can be done during this time. Everyone is to exit the building by 12am.
When exiting the building, please be respectful of our neighbours and keep the noise to a minimum.
Any deposits paid for events booked from November 1st to December 25th is non-refundable. As our peak season kicks in, we have a lot of bookings coming in during this time that we turn down when yours is confirmed.

Non-member prices

Sunday – Thursdays

8am – 3pm $80 per hour
3pm – 11pm $120 per hour (minimum 4 hours, minimum 50people)

Friday & Saturdays

8am – 3pm $ 100 per hour
4pm – 11pm $150 per hour (minimum 4 hours, minimum 60people)

Member prices

Sunday – Thursdays

8am – 3pm $60 per hour
3pm – 11pm $100 per hour (minimum 4 hours, minimum 50 people)

Friday & Saturdays

8am – 3pm $ 80 per hour
4pm – 11pm $120 per hour (minimum 4 hours, minimum 60people)

Community and charity event prices (approval required)

Monday – Sunday

8am – 3pm $25 per hour (minimum 2 hours)

Sunday - Thursday

3pm – 12pm $50 per hours (minimum 4 hours, minimum 60 people)

Friday and Saturday nights are charged as member prices.

NOTE: Prices are capped at our discretion, generally 5-6 hours depending on circumstances and patronage.

Prices include:

Exclusive hall hire, excluding kitchen counter area and access way
Use of tv screen, speaker, and microphone
Use of stage
Access to more tables and chairs if needed
Half hour either side for set up and pack down
Emptying of rubbish bins/bags
Washing of tablecloths provided by us
